30-Day Warranty
All Leather Impressions products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing faults that affect the product’s structure or functionality.
What We Cover
Broken straps or grab handles
Tears in the external leather caused by normal use
Hardware defects, including faulty zips, buckles, or press studs
What We Do Not Cover
General wear and tear or accidental damage
Damage caused by water exposure or failure to follow care instructions
Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
Natural ageing of leather or materials, including patina, scratches, and burnishing
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email clear photos showing the issue
Include your order details, vendor name, and date of purchase
